Can I place a single order for multiple siblings?
Yes! Once you add all your desired items for your first student to the cart, you can select "Change Gallery" on the top left of the order screen. you will then be led to enter another access code. Once you enter that access code you will be able to add any desired items for the second student to your cart. (You can do this for multiple students.) Once you are done adding all your desired items to your cart you can complete the checkout by selecting "Checkout" on the bottom right corner of your screen.
When will my pictures be delivered?
Your order should be shipped 2-3 weeks after the due date. If you place an order after the due date, you should get your order within 1-2 weeks from the time you placed your order. If you ever have any questions about your specific order, please contact us!
How do I choose my yearbook pose?
If your school offers yearbooks, you will have the opportunity to choose your yearbook pose, before your due date. To select your yearbooks pose, you will need to login to your gallery. Once you log in, there will be a red button on the left side of your screen that says "Select Yearbook Pose". After you click on the red button you will be able to select your desired yearbook pose.
What should my student wear on picture day?
Solid colors and subtle patterns are a great option for picture day! Shirts with large patterns, slogans, or anything shiny tend to be distracting in pictures.
I received my students proof with an access code, how can I order photos?
Is it too late to place and order my students school portraits?
No, it is not too late to order! If you want to order portraits after the due date you can still do that!
